I would love some inspiration in my journey. I'm 5'6" and 285 right now, I started at 320 . So if anyone started around my weight I would love to see your progress! Thanks

  quick question ? How do you post your weight loss bar in your post and how do you put your goals at the bottom? i would love to have a visual to remind me of my goals.
