Hi everyone,
At last I have found somewhere that means I don't have to write all down myself and it's free. My first 2 days seem to be going well as I can keep looking to remind myself how many calories I have got left plus it reminds me to drink more water (I find that really difficult). Lets hope I stay on track on the weekend. I was pleased to see that a whiskey and coke was only 65-75 calories so I will be having 1 or 2 tonight. Just going to read all your great sucess stories to spur me on. xxx
