so what do you put in MFP for the 30 day shred?

heard good things about it so have gone and ordered it, looked it up on here though and there is nothing there. what do you put for your excersise?

  • I put it in as cardio
    and at the bottom where it says cant find what ur looking for (or something like that,)
    I just type in 30DS and then add the cals burnt

    I have a Bodybugg that tracks what I burn and I've found that I (I'm 5'6" and currently weigh just under 180 lbs) burn about 160 calories for Level 1 (doing some but not all the easier version exercises) and a bit less - closer to 130 calories for Level 2 & 3. It's going to be different for each person, though, depending on your size and how much exertion you put out during each segment.

    Level 1 seems to have the most cardio (all those damn jumping jacks & jump ropes) which I think is why I usually have the highest on that level. The cardio segments in the other two levels seem to be more integrated with strength exercises.
