46 here but 47 in July. Havent exactly loved my 40's so far with back surgery at 41 and 16 months ago diagnosed with a rare condition. However, I'm on the up now. 16 months of getting back to running and in a happy place right now.2

Great news.. yard work burns the calories!!! 4.7lbs... it helps that I actually look before eat and say, “eww, do I really want to put that in my diary?” It works😁 I am motivated a little more now!0
