Is that for a week or a month?! That is a lot of cheese.0

wow that's a lot of cheese!
Example President fat free feta is only 43 cals per 1 oz. That's a decent chunk of cheese. Great on my meditranian spinach salad. Mmmmm.0 -
I heard that too. I watched a documentary not that long ago where a scientist was saying that a high level of low fat dairy can stop your body absorbing as much fat.0

I eat cheese anyways because it's deliciousss, but this is all interesting!0 -
What do you cook with all that??? It is insane looking at the food list, because mine is maybe half as long.0
-
I'm intrigued by the 1/2 potato.... where do you BUY half a potato, and what on earth do you do with it - make tiny wee portions of fries to go with the HUGE steak, lol?!0

OMG are you serious, yum, I have been craving cheese and all dairy since I started loosing weight, what is classed as low fat dairy0 -

I cook stuff like:
Stuffed red peppers
3 different types of Omletes
Spinach salads. Love my spinach. 1 a day. Usually lunch
shrimp, chicken or turkey stir fry. Use 1/2 yokisobi noodle pouch
Turkey meatballs 1 oz just cover in sauce and non fat mozzarella. One of my fave snacks.
Just to name a few.0 -

I must look out for that feta! I also cook stuffed peppers and lots of types of omelettes so this is interesting reading. Especially as I've been tending to avoid cheese0 -

I'd replace all the cheese with about 1/4 the amount of proper full fat tasty cheese0

I'm such a fan of cheese.... but lactose intolerant. Ive tried some soy cheeses, etc. before... and it's just not the same. So, in my case.... I can't eat a whole lot of cheese - some - a little... would you replace the cheese factor (which would be a hilarious name for a reality show about making cheese or something) with extra meat, extra veg... or a 50/50 combination of both meat & veg to even out?0
-
I don't think I could go long without cheese. I eat a fair bit of dairy in cottage cheese, skimmed milk, low fat cream cheese, fat free greek yogurt and occasionally blue cheese - major YUM!
The link is going on about the thing I was talking about in that documentary. Made my day!

I am a WI girl through and through, there is no such thing as too much cheese. I have found that I can enjoy some cheeses in the reduced fat or fat free form but there are those that I just cut back on the serving and enjoy as their were meant to be.
I'm impressed by your fresh produce list, I really need to work on getting more fresh veggies and fruit into my diet.0 -
