Is it healthy ?
Some people say it is good ...
Some say it bad....
It is actually delicious with food
But I don't like fats in general
espically if they r delicious 😁😁
i become very cautious in taking it regularlly
What is final word in cow butter is it good or bad ?
I have budget of 111 gm fats per day should I take this butter or not ?

Does it help you reach your goal? Do it.
Does it prevent you from reaching your goal? Don't do it.

Looks like white butter is higher in fat and lower in beta carotene. Assuming you have a balanced diet, I don't think it matters what type of butter you eat.

Just normal butter? If it enhances your food and you have the calories, then why deprive yourself of something you enjoy, all in moderation.

I eat a nice bowl of buttered popcorn when I'm low on fat and carb macros. Yummy, and fills up the corners, as the Hobbits say. In that context, I'd call it pretty darn healthy.
