Is it healthy ?
Some people say it is good ...
Some say it bad....
It is actually delicious with food
But I don't like fats in general
espically if they r delicious ππ
i become very cautious in taking it regularlly
What is final word in cow butter is it good or bad ?
I have budget of 111 gm fats per day should I take this butter or not ?

Not even sure what it is. To be honest it doesn't even matter. Pretty much anything in the world can be healthy enough in the right amount and not healthy at some other amount.
Eating it will NOT improve your health or make your health worse all by itself.
All your eating decisions taken together WILL have an effect on your future health.
Is eating it making it easier for you to reach your goals which are presumably geared to making you more healthy in total? In this particular case is it helping you minimize your total calories because it makes you feel more full then something else you could have eaten for the same amount of calories?
Or is eating you making you miss out on other things that would make you feel more full and would provide you with more nutrition and so would be a better fit to your total diet?
Is eating it bringing you so much joy that you're willing to use those calories for the mental benefit that they generate? Or is eating it limiting your options in the area of "fun" calories?5 -
Does it help you reach your goal? Do it.
Does it prevent you from reaching your goal? Don't do it.3 -
Looks like white butter is higher in fat and lower in beta carotene. Assuming you have a balanced diet, I don't think it matters what type of butter you eat.

Are you talking about dairy butter?
I'm not sure why you don't like fats, but we *need* fat to keep our body running properly. It's important for our energy, brain function, and to keep hormones running through our body. It helps our bodies process the vitamins abundant in foods like vegetables. You need fat from somewhere.
I don't know who is telling you it is bad, but the thing about claims like that is that you can ask for evidence and evaluate it for yourself. You never need to blindly accept when someone tells you that a food is "good" or "bad." And remember the portion size counts too. Are you likely to eat enough of a single food to harm yourself or are we talking about normal quantities of a fat in the context of a diet that is meeting your energy needs?5 -
Yes dairy butter0

Just normal butter? If it enhances your food and you have the calories, then why deprive yourself of something you enjoy, all in moderation.2

I eat a nice bowl of buttered popcorn when I'm low on fat and carb macros. Yummy, and fills up the corners, as the Hobbits say. In that context, I'd call it pretty darn healthy.2
