Macro's

Hey, I was just wondering what macro percentages people use to lose weight? I have been following the 90 day plan, ie Joe Wicks. I had good results in Cycle 1 but Cycle 2 well off plan due to personal circumstances, looking to do a week or two on C1 again and then start C2 but I have no idea what macro ratios I am on or calories I am eating. They discourage knowing calories and to just go off inch loss and wellbeing, but I would be interested to know the inns and outs. Thinking of logging all food from my plan so I can actually see what's what.

I used a 40 protein, 40 carb 20 fat macro for adding some muscle, I would assume that you could use something similar to lose fat. But you would definitely want to log your meals on this app to help keep track. Good luck!1

40% protein
40% healthy fats
20% carbs
Is a good place to start for fat loss
Calories will depend on height and current body weight.
You should be no more than 1800 calories to start
Ideally around 1500 calories
Eat quality Whole Foods cut out glutens and sugar and fake sugar
Try this for 6 weeks then adjust as necessary
Take pics and weight your self
Message me or add me if you need help with this
