Calories burnt per day?

I want to get an idea what everyone else is doing, so how many calories do you burn a day?

    if it's a run day, 400-600 (accodring to MFP, i don't own a HRM). If it's a rest day, around 200 from walking to work....hope that helps

    I'm trying (and not always achieving) to get 600. Only because I do love eating!

    it depends on what I'm doing
    the lowest is a dvd and that normally burns bout 400 cals
    and the max is a walk and that normally burns bout 1350 cals

    massive variation - anywhere from 200 to 1000 depending on whether I get to the gym and how many/which classes.

    Rest day - 200ish
    1 class day - 300-400
    2 class day - 500-700
    3 class day - 750-1000
    4 class day - 1000

    In school holidays I usually get to the gym 6-7 days a week unless I'm away but in term time only 4-5 times a week.

    Tuesday: Circuit Training - 800
    Wednesday: Badminton - 1000
    Thursday: Bowling and DDR - 1100
    Friday: Badminton - 1000
    Saturday: Badminton - 700
    Sunday: Nothing, rest day.

    Wow, I feel like a slacker reading these.

    I aim to burn at least 300 in a workout (whatever that workout is). I rarely get to workout more than once a day, I would say I usually range in the 200 - 500 calorie range for what I burn in my workouts.
