No-weigh 'til May

Anyone else needing a break from every little fluctuation the scale shows? I'm breaking up with my scale for the next 6 weeks! During this time I'm going to stay focused on my goals, and try to rediscover my motivation through focusing on NSVs, workout gains, and the way I feel, look, and fit in my clothes... All without the distraction of the scale.

If anyone else wants to join in, we could share NSVs or other breakthroughs every week on Friday (my usual weigh in day, though I'm known to step on WAY TOO OFTEN hence this idea). On May 1st we can weigh in "together" and see how we did.😊 scale stress is a real issue for me so I'm betting it'll be helpful for me and I can't be the only one!
