As we’ve all found ourselves confined to our homes, I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for any fitness, lifting, nutrition books as I’m looking to download some on my kindle to help get through the coming weeks. Thanks in advice. Keep safe all

Anything by John Sandford. He's not fitness or nutrition, just writes really well written page turners.1

Joe DeFranco
Jim Smith
Also look at Amazon and see if you can find a introductory college level nutrition book. I found one an edition or 2 old for $15, was probably $180 new.1 -
