My name is jay... hoping
To have folks offer ideas on diffefent body Part workouts.

I am struggling for leg day workouts?? Any creative ideas

    I'm just doing basic bodyweight stuff a couple days per week. I'm mostly focused on my cardio right now as the weather is getting nice and getting out on my road bike or mountain bike or out for a hike is great exercise and saves my sanity in having to work from home and be home all the time and everything being closed. Roads and trails are open for biking and hiking, so that's mostly what I'm doing.

    I'm also trying to learn how to do pistol squats...I've always wanted to learn to do them so I figure now is a good time.

    Do you work in a prison?

    What type of workouts do you normally do? Do you normally lift? Do you have any equipment at home? Ankle weights?

    Lunges
    High rep squats
    Donkey kicks
    Fire hydrants
    Calf raises
    Biking (if you are allowed to go outside where you live)
