  • This is my first reply to anyone's post. So, hi.

    Anyway, I've been at this for more than 100 days and lost 28 pounds. I think one key is go slow: about 1 or 1.5 pounds per week, and don't worry if you lose only .5 pounds or even gain a pound one week. It happens. Don't sweat it.
