Tracking Tapas ...?

Tonight we're having Tapas (little appetizer-sized plates of Spanish yumminess that everyone at the table shares). There will be several different options of tapas, but it won't be one meal--it'll be " a couple of bites of this, a bite of that, a bite of some other thing" .... how do I track that??

Any ideas?

I was actually thinking about this also, because my wife and I want to try a new tapas place. If you type "tapas" into the database their are quite a few options. I would go with whatever is closest to what you ate. Keep track of how many portions of each type that you eat. Most plates come with 3 or 4.
  • I have actually seen Tapas in the database and things vary from individual pieces to ounces. It does have a wide variety; just to give a glimpse I found Spanish, Italian, and even Japanese items. most vary from about 45 calories a piece to as high as 250 a piece. I guess it can only get you so close to what you're eating though. Good luck
