Brussels sprouts and chorizo

Made this, Delish! But I like the sprouts more tender so I cooked them a lot more.

    I've done this with other types of sausage, but will give the chorizo a try. This one was made with ground beef:

    My method is to fry the sausage so additional oil isn't needed. Then saute the sprouts (takes about 10 minutes), add any other ingredients (onion, red/yellow/green bell pepper, lettuce, bok choy, even some cooked pasta) and stir fry it all together.

    I've been eating alot of brussels sprouts and found that cutting them in half and steaming in microwave 3 - 5 minutes depending on size cooks them really fast. Then I can roast or pan fry based on what I'm using them in. Your dish looks yummy.
