Looking for friends in a mutual support group

Hello everyone. I'm new to the message boards though I've been using the app for awhile to track calories in and out. I stopped using the app about 3 weeks ago because I don't feel like typing all those foods in all the time. I've gained weight back again, to the point that I"m right where I started a few months ago. No thyroid at all so doc says weight loss will be harder for me. Looking for people who want to motivate and be motivated by each other.

    You can talk your foods in as well. Just click in the square then push the microphone button. I was 100 over my old Army weight! It's taken 2 years but I only have 39 to go. You can do this!

    Hi I've been using the app for a couple of weeks now. I started off over 100kg and now I'm down to 89kg. I still have 20kg to go. I know you can do it.
