It's 8am and I am already having a bad day..... I hurt my foot a couple of days ago, this has been affecting my sleep (that and the kids)

Anyway I can't do much exercise - I managed Wii Boxing yesterday but I am not sure if that was a good idea, my foot abit more swollen today..

So basically I am tired, and grumpy (because I can't do any cardio which makes me feel good) and MAN am I hanging out for something sweet but I am worried if I start I won't stop!

I think it's going to be a very long day!! Tick tock, tick tock!

  • I have many health problems. Often times I cannot get out of bed. Try stretching, Tension band exercises, just keep moving in bed. Lift the uninjured leg up and down. Try tightening and releasing your stomach muscles repeatedly. Upper body such as air punching. Use free weights, or cans of veggies, or even books as work you deltoids, triceps, and biceps. You may not get the same burn, but at least you keep your body moving so you do not put weight on. Also, on days when I cannot exercise, I eat less calories to work within my metabolic rate. It is important not to drop calories too low, or you go into starvation mode. There are many times I feel well and walk on the treadmill or swim. But when I cannot, this is what I do and so far it has work. Good luck to you....
