UK isolation, gives way to mental adjustment and time to review.
I've used the app before and like any marketeers dream show me something shiny and I'll move over and leave the old behind probably because in the main my progress has stalled .
So isolation has enabled me to do.
1. Each way too much and it's only week one
2. Even though I'm in school each day, support position I've managed to exercise ( as a full time mum, doing full time hours this isn't always possible)
3. Review what has and hasn't worked
So I'm working on small wins rather than the usual let's lose 28lbs, which by the way I get to ten and then stall.
I'm not a natural community joiner as I fear negativity when the journey is hard enough.

Small changes over a period of time makes a big difference in the long run. Don't focus on the weight more on measurements. It motivated me last year I might have lost no weight or minimal but I would have lost inches. Just turns out I gained more muscle, muscle weighs more than fat but gives leaner look in women so I was happy. Took me alot of hard work saying no to all office snacks and workouts but a year later I'm 34lbs lighter, 2 dress sizes smaller and feel fitter than error. I think about the outcome of my actions. I. E if I eat a few of those donuts I know I'm going to feel bloated and sluggish so I'm going to leave them alone. When everyone else is telling go ahead just have one.
In bordem I love to eat so Im slowly learning stay away from snacks in isolation. You're not hungry so don't need it.
