I'm back!

I had joined years ago after having my children. Now I am back because I guess I decided to gain all my weight right back! I was 125lbs before my kids and I'd love to get back to at least 130. My anxiety has been out of control and I started therapy again so I feel its time for a lifestyle change over all, not just mental health or weight alone. It's nice to have support so I'm just saying hi!
