Whether you weigh in daily or weekly, please join me for April! For me personally, I like to weigh in everyday with the understanding that weight fluctuates. The importance is seeing the weight trend going down. This is all about responsibility (ME) and accountability (YOU) for becoming a healthier US!     My weight loss has been extremely low this past few weeks but on a positive note, I haven't been gaining :) I will take that as a WIN!

    OK, I am going to do this. I weigh once a week, plus sporadically. I am trying to avoid being obsessed with the scale.

    Clearly, I’m a little late to the game, but I’d love to do this. I need some accountability! I’m 5ft tall and if I keep putting on weight. I’m going to end up 5x5 by the time I’m done 😂.
