HI just stopping in to say hi! so far it's going easy. mainly right now, just tracking what i usually eat. so i can see where i need to make some changes. and it's looking good so far! :) my biggest challenge is going to be drinking water!

  • Welcome to MFP! You have to start somewhere and this is a good place. Your friends are great support. It took me a long time to get out of the soda habit and into the water habit; its been a year and a half since I quit drinking over 80 ounces a day. You can do this; its all about changing your eating habits!
  • I've used this before.. but I took a break.. and now i'm back!
    I need lots of motivation and support. DONE with the yo-yo-ing!
