thanks everyone! I'm about 10lbs lighter now than these pics. not a whole lot of progress since then, but some.
@ Alain0207 in the beginning I did weight watchers and dropped my first 20 that way. then i had to start incorporating exercise. I started small with the 30 day shred and then slowly adding more and more cardio in. I have my ups and downs just like everyone (its why i've only lost 10lbs in the past 3 months..) the downfall to weight watchers is I still felt very hungry all the time while I was on it... this works better for me and I find lower calorie more filling foods are better for me. I know points+ is different than what I started with though... its been a LONG process for me though. You didn't put the weight on overnight it wont come on overnight either. Stick with goaling at 1lb/week.. some weeks you will lose more.. some less.. sodium always plays a factor with me and the scale will reflect a 3-5 lb difference sometimes. Hope this helps.0 -
