Food delivery services

I know alot of the food delivery services have weight loss options. I like to cook but find it difficult to keep track of calories in homemade food unless I'm following a specific recipe. Has anyone used these food box delivery services as a way to cook at home and make calorie counting easier?

I tried out Hello Fresh. It's portioned out for you as 2 servings or 4 servings. The nutrition value given to you is for one serving. I didn't stick with it because it's cheaper for me to buy the fresh ingredients and I have no problem weighing things. It is a great option if to make calorie counting easier.0

I've been using the recipe calculator in MFP quite often to track the nutritional content of homemade recipes. Once you get the hang of it, logging recipes is a breeze!1
