I know alot of the food delivery services have weight loss options. I like to cook but find it difficult to keep track of calories in homemade food unless I'm following a specific recipe. Has anyone used these food box delivery services as a way to cook at home and make calorie counting easier?

I tried out Hello Fresh. It's portioned out for you as 2 servings or 4 servings. The nutrition value given to you is for one serving. I didn't stick with it because it's cheaper for me to buy the fresh ingredients and I have no problem weighing things. It is a great option if to make calorie counting easier.
  • I've been using the recipe calculator in MFP quite often to track the nutritional content of homemade recipes. Once you get the hang of it, logging recipes is a breeze!
