I'm new to zumba - I started with Zumba Wii and I'm looking to start trying out classes but I want to practice with some videos first... Any recommendations?? I've search this topic and found some previous recommendations but the videos were gone
Thanks!

Yes I know that there are videos on Youtube in fact there are thousands!!! That's the problem!!!!! LMAO!!! I have found a couple I like and I made a playlist just looking for recommendations for good ones... people who do Zumba would know which ones are good and then I could try those instead of filtering through the thousands trying and getting frustrated at the crap that is out there...0 -
Yes, visit www.youtube.com Once you get there enter Zumba Fitness Basic Steps Demo on the search line or box - this is a really nice video that demonstrates about 5 basic steps. Plus there are tons of other choices...good luck!0

Since no one seems to have youtube favs to share I'll share a few that I have foudn and like for those who are interested
Warmup - I love this one even though the instructor makes me feel horrible since she looks about 5- 6 months pregnant and she's definitely rocking it way better than me!

These are ok but more advanced (fast paced at times) and only ok if you can get past the fact that the instructors seem more into themselves and looking good than instructing (more in one video than the other)

If you do your arms right you will feel it the next day

I like the song more than anything on this one... nothing too special

The next one is a little tricky because it is one instructor teaching other instructors so sometimes she's not fully doing the moves but if you can ignore that it's still goo especially at the begining where she explains what she is doing....

I figured out if you create and account you can create a playlist and they will play one after the other with out you having to click anything.... If anyone else has anything they like I would love to see it!!0 -
really go to a class! go to a ton of classes with different instructors! I know I was completely self aware during my first couple, i was about 245 pounds and the largest in the room, but you soon realize everyone looks like an idiot in there not just yourself lol0

Oh I am planning on it... I got a living social deal for a gym here in town 10 group classes for $15!! But I do have serious anxiety about going places that could in anyway be "nerve racking" "embaressing" etc by myself and I'm going alone so I am trying to get myself fully prepared so I don't chicken out and waste money!0 -
Oh yeah and I won't be able to afford to go regularly any way not at $7 per class and I workout 6 days aweek so I need back up stuff to do0
