Canadian Girl here from Northern Ontario!

My name is Kandace and I live in a small town called elliot lake! .... i am 24 years old and a mother of 2 boys. i am seperated and trying to find ME! After over 6 years of trying to be a mother and wife I've lost the happy person I was. I am 35 lbs heavier than I was and hope to lose somewhere between 20 and 30. I work crazy long hours and spend alot of time on my feet. I also walk to clients homes when I have enough time to. yesterday I went for a walk and was enjoying myself so much that before i knew it i had walked 5 km in an hr! .. i need the motivation to stay on track. i tried this once a few months ago and dropped 6 lbs the first week and have since gained 10 back!...
