I have always worked hard on watching what I eat but lately I have slacked after this pandemic thing. I have not been at work for 2 weeks our gym is closed. Now I’m stuck doing home video work outs. What other ideas do people have anyone want to share! ??

True ! It’s like mind over matter, have you tried juicing ? If so what is your thoughts on that ?0

Not really. I get into smoothie kicks every now and then. Juicing seemed like a lot of work and clean up if not purchasing the correct juicer. But, i do love those ginger, kale cucumber type juices. Now I'm craving it. Thanks a lot ha1

Juicing removes the fibre. Eat the whole fruit and veg or smoothie it. Belly fat is defeated by caloric deficient eating.2
