I have always worked hard on watching what I eat but lately I have slacked after this pandemic thing. I have not been at work for 2 weeks our gym is closed. Now I’m stuck doing home video work outs. What other ideas do people have anyone want to share! ??

    True ! It’s like mind over matter, have you tried juicing ? If so what is your thoughts on that ?

    Not really. I get into smoothie kicks every now and then. Juicing seemed like a lot of work and clean up if not purchasing the correct juicer. But, i do love those ginger, kale cucumber type juices. Now I'm craving it. Thanks a lot ha

    Juicing removes the fibre. Eat the whole fruit and veg or smoothie it. Belly fat is defeated by caloric deficient eating.

    Yup the dreaded belly fat. Definitley finding it harder to stay disciplined during this time.
