Just started using My Fitness Pal. I’m transitioning from a Keto diet which jump started my weight loss journey (down 14 pounds in 5 weeks!) I want to continue to ‘eat to lose’ 11 pounds by June 1st.
Keto taught me to watch for hidden sugars. I learned I really enjoy blackberries, pecans, and low carb, whole grain bread. As I ramp up my carbs, I ate cereal for the first time is 6 weeks. Who knew Cheerios and milk could be so delightful?!
As I take care of my nutrition, I’m hoping to get fit again. Keto was a time of lower energy and I stopped regularly exercising. Today my goal is to mow the lawn for exercise and for a beautiful lawn.

Hi i tried keto and weightwatchers experiment over the last 4wks, i stuck with keto, lost the 1st week, gaind the 2nd wk and stalled the 3rd wk..really bummed out, i had been very strict so not sure whats going on? Absolutely scared of doing ww due to the carb thing. Ive been a serial dieter basically all my life.0
