Quarantined in Darwin

Arrived in Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory yesterday 2nd April.
Quarantine for 2 weeks starting today. Ot is what it is and necessary for us all.
The NT Authorities were amazing and handled our arrival with sensitivity and class.

Two weeks ago I participated in the Green Ants Weightlifting Comp which is a qualifier for the Oceania Weightlifting Comp since postponed.

So how do I maintain my diet and lifting and muscle gains from all that amazing training?

That's what I am working on now.
My amazing Trainer Dave De Rose need not worry as I plan to come back competition ready!
How are my fellow Quarantined orphans doing so far?

    No help to you in the diet, lifting and muscle gains area but the two weeks will go quickly. Tomorrow is my last day of quarantine in Tasmania, at home thankfully not in a hotel or some other facility.

    As I am restricted to the house and live solo, diet has been great, I've not been able to go to the shops on a whim for chocolates, chips, lollies, ice cream or wine. Exercise has been the treadmill and some body weight exercises.

    You made it thru congrats!
    I spent the day making plans for my exercise regime and that will be fine.
    The Oaks have been very generous fitting in my diet so.... Could be much stronger at the end. Cheers
