I thought it was light and good for you. I noticed it was 180-190 calories for half cup. How can that be good? Please explain.

You know what I do, I buy the 60 cal yogurts and put them in the freezer. very yummy.0

I buy Kemp's brand frozen yogurt and it only has 90 calories a half cup. maybe you just need a different brand.0

I eat yogurt tubes when I'm wanting ice cream. We freeze them instead of leaving them in the fridge.
50 cals per stick. More sugar than regular plain yogurt but is yummy none the less. :flowerforyou:0
