So, MFP says N/A on my mono and polyunsaturated fat. I know these are the good fats, in moderation, so does anyone know why MFP says I shouldn't have them?? And is it calculated in grams on MFP? Not very knowledgeable of fats so any info on this subject would be really helpful. Thanks!!

I've just been operating under the assumption that it's not saying you shouldn't have them but rather not setting a goal or limit for you. I look at it as any amount is better than none so there's no reason to worry about hitting a particular goal.

Its not that you shouldnt have them, bu there is no official daily reccomended requirement. Just keep the majority of your fats as plant based and you will be in good shape. Monounsaturated is thebest!

Mine was default set to 100g, even though my total fat is set to 40g. I just see it as there really is no limit as long as it works into your goals.
