    • I was training for my first marathon before everything got cancelled.
    • I've been successfully cutting body fat in 2020 (down from 17% to 11%).
    • Looking to increase strength training from home while the gyms are closed, while running on alternate days.

    mom to 2 teenagers (12 & 17, both girls) 😱 and a hubby who's just as bad.
    Work in healthcare.
    I love carbs, more specifically potatoes of any kind.
    Have a love / hate for cardio & a bigger love for lifting.

    I also live in Australia, Sydney.
    I have 3 children (2boys 8 and 7 and one girl 3.5).
    I want to lose the 5-6 kgs I have gained since November because of the Depo-shot. I am currently 64kgs and my goal weight is 55kg. My lowest weight was 58.1kg. My highest weight was 85kgs after the birth of my daughter.
    I am focusing on gaining my proper nutrition back on track and moving more. Currently excersing everyday and lifting weights 3 days a week at least.
    I am a Master of Teaching student and a cake decorator.

    Married w/ 1 child, fortunate to be working and working out from home uninterrupted right now
    I need to improve my sleep and adhere to my scheduled workouts better to get the maximum benefits from them... should probably do more cardio
    And a random... I originally got into lifting seriously so I'd look better in-costume when my wife and I go to comic conventions.

    I am from Alberta Canada.
    I used to workout 5-6 times a week but suffered from pretty bad depression this last year and gained 25ish lbs back. I am 26.

    Focusing hard to better myself by no longer eating my emotions and getting the weight back off and maybe a tad more.
    I love TRX Training and walks.

    Hi, I’m Emily! I’m 25 and live in Tennessee, USA. I’ve always been pretty athletic but lean. Now I’m attempting to put on a little more muscle. I’m usually just on here to keep an eye on calories, but the COVID boredom has me perusing the community threads now.
    I was a XC/track runner through school, now I do that more casually. I run, do taekwondo, and Les Mills Grit most days. And if there’s an option to go on a good hike I’ll be there :)

    Slowly :D we lived here the first 6 weeks before the first outlet was installed, and the first thing I plugged in was my keurig lol we still don't have electric upstairs but the downstairs is mostly done.
