Feeling VERY full after almost reaching my calorie goal of 1

I ate more than usual today. It felt like I was snacking all day long! By the end of dinner, I felt quite bloated and guilty. I still feel like I owe it to myself to work the Stair Master for half an hour or so. Can someone tell me please if it sounds like I'm eating too much? Here was my diet today:
Breakfast: Large bowl of Nature's Path Organic Heritage cereal with Grape Nuts sprinkled on top with coconut milk
Morning-Afternoon Snack-A-Thon (I went to the farmers' market, so there was a lot of fresh produce in the house): 2 peaches, an apple with peanut butter, several slices of cantaloupe, handful of blueberries, steamed broccolini, baby carrots, a few celery stalks, an ear of corn, a Vegan ice cream sandwich (Tofuti Cuties are about 130 calories or so, I think.)
Dinner: One grilled portabello mushroom, tomato slice, grilled red onion slice, another half an ear of corn, and half of a piece of whole wheat naan, a few blanched green beans (lightly salted), the blueberry part of my mom's blueberry cobbler (tasted like it had added sugar, but I only had about 2 or 3 spoonfuls)
I am STUFFED! I normally am way under my calorie goal of 1200, sometimes by as many as 3-400 calories if I also work out. Is it possible that the foods I am eating are really adding up to more than MFP is leading me to believe? Or should I stop worrying so much?
I also have hit a major plateau at about 130 lbs for about 3 weeks or so. I'm 5'8" and am hoping to lose at least 5 more pounds. Any advice is welcomed! Thanks.
PS- in case anyone's wondering about my strict fruit and veggie diet today, I usually eat a more balanced diet with more protein and healthy fats. As I said before, today was an exception.

Today, I would be a little worried about the amounts of sugars in all those fruits. As good as they are for you I have been told that you shouldn't eat too much fruit due to the sugars. Just a thought. I am not a nutritionist or dietitian, and honestly pretty new at the eating healthy thing. Good luck and I hope you get those last 5 pounds!!

this would be why your at a ""major plateau "" . your not eating enough! up it to 1200 as MFP says.0 -
You ate a very clean meal plan. All nurtitional foods and I would say you did just fine with how much you ate. But, that is my opinion.

I have no idea how many calories that would be. How much is it compared to your calorie budget? If it is under you are fine.0

Grazing throughout the day is a good thing. I wouldn't worry about the plateau just yet. The bloated effect is probably the result of the fiber content of what you ate today. That is nothing to sweat about.
The other thing I notice is your sugar consumption (fructose in this case) may be on the high side for the day. You may monitor that more closely and switch it out with more protein (fish, egg whites, poultry)
How did the calorie count add for the day compared to your recommended consumption?0 -
If you're 5'8' and not even eating 1200 net a day -- you are eating WAY too little.
I'm only 5'4 and mine is 1480 to lose 1/2 lb a week --- Your body is probably starving -- plus you only have 5 more to lose? Hopefully you didn't choose "2lb a week" as your goal --- that doesn't work very well when you have so little to lose. I would recalculate yourself with 1/2 lb a week....Ibet its more like 1500-1600.
That said, if you have trouble eating enough (this happens to me sometimes) try eating more caloried dense snacks like avocado and almonds. I also have 1-3 protein shakes a day. (My settings are 45% protein, 25% carb, 30% fat)0 -
Yes, these are all helpful comments; thank you. I really should watch the sugar intake, I know. Being vegan makes it harder, but I just need to eat more grainy proteins like beans and lentils.0

You need to eat more. At most your goal per week for the last five pounds should be .5 pounds per week. Here is a helpful guide http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/61706-guide-to-calorie-deficits Basically the less weight you have to lose, the smaller your calorie deficit can be and the more calories you need to eat per day.0
