I tend to stay on track much better when I weigh in daily so I figured I'd just make a post so anyone else can join as well! It doesn't matter if you are trying to lose, gain, or maintain... Everyone is welcome! In these difficult times a bit of daily support and kindness will go a long way.
Along with your weight, feel free to write a little something about your day (whether it be a NSV or how you're doing). Tell jokes, use emojis, and even post silly memes! I believe everyone could use a little extra happiness right now.

April 4:😤 So bad. Way overate. Instead of being frustrated I’ve decided to identify why:
Stress, trying to be someone I’m not, lack of prepared foods, putting my work in front of my meals so then eating too much late at night from lack of being satisfied, waiting for a meal at the end of the day to be the only good one- when it turns out not good, overeating afterward especially bc there was no prepped food, not doing enough things I love:) Not serving others but making things about me:)
This is more for me so I am accountable 😂😂
How I plan to do better:
Take a deep breath and forgive myself for today and move on! No more thoughts about it make it better, but moving forward does!
Pray:)
Prepare some yummy foods for the week after going to the grocery store.
Take time to do something fun.2 -

Hi, I'd love to join in even though I'm quite late. I definitely need the daily accountability of checking in. My (longer term) goal is to lose the last 10 stubborn pounds and to maintain that weight.
