Hey Friends,
I am new to this whole blogging thing so hang in there! My name is Sadie, I’m 25 and looking to help motivate anyone that needs it. I’m on a journey to better myself just like I am sure all of you are. This corona virus is kicking my booty since I am out of work at the moment because of it. I want to help in any way possible but I obviously can’t find a cure for it. So I’d like to help any of you stay motivated in these depressing times. I find that by motivating others it also motivates myself and helps me stay accountable for myself.
A little about myself regarding fitness..... I am in a love hate relationship with working out. I hate to start it but I love the feeling when I am finished. My goal is to not let it be a burden but rather let it be a lifestyle change that I can carry on in my later years! I follow a lot of workout “stars” if you would, but I got to thinking.... y not start a blog about someone trying to reach their goals and help motivate rather than someone that already looks fabulous! So let’s help each-other out here! My goal isn’t to give you different workout but rather provide you with motivational quotes and tips that I like to use as well as have you guys share yours! I don’t care your age weight or how far away your goal is.... WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!!

I'm in!
I've been bouncing up & down with weight for the last 6-7 years. I recently started working out & logging foods - again - when I've finally noticed that I've gained 20 kg in the last 2 years :'[
But I reaaally need motivation & inspiration to keep on going.
I've been under a lot of stress and Corona situation is not helping ...0 -
Awesome! Welcome friend:) WE are about to accomplish awesome things! Let’s start this off by telling each other a little about each other... what do you do for work etc...
I am a dental hygienist in Nebraska. Due to covid 19 I am currently unable to work. It has been extremely stressful being that my unemployment has yet to be accepted. Unemployment is currently my only option of any compensation and I have been waiting weeks for this. At first, it really got to me but I have decided to leave the stress with god as I have no control over this.
My hobbies include anything outdoors! I would also like to get into using my cricut! I still have a lot of learning to do with this! Lastly, we can’t forget about my dog Lola! She is my everything
I’ll leave you with a little motivation on this fine Tuesday! Like I said before.... you are not alone! I too have struggled with my weight. It has seemed to be an endless cycle! BUT... losing it is not impossible. At my heaviest I weighed 153 pounds. I am now 140 and still trying to improve! This may not seem like a lot to some but hear me out, this was a lot for me. I’m the youngest and only girl. I always feel this pressure from my brothers to always be in shape and look my best. It’s a blessing and a curse. My biggest challenge is overcoming my mind. I’ll be in the middle of a workout and my mind will tell me “you need to stop this is enough” but my heart says “keep going you can do more” So for your next workout, I challenge you to go a little harder and a little longer when your mind tells you you can’t do any more. My quote of the day “YOUR FITNESS IS 100% MENTAL. YOUR BODY WONT GO WHERE YOUR MIND DOESN'T PUSH IT”1
