Hello everyone. I'm John and I'm a big, slow runner and triathlete. Despite all the training that I've done, I can't seem to break through this barrier of about 295. Last year I set fitness goals with the belief that by focusing on training, the weight would come off. I was wrong so now I'm re-evaluating everything and trying some new things.
