125 by 2021

I'm Sophie. I'm 5'4", 20 years old, and weigh 168 pounds. I've been trying to eat healthier without any strict dieting (except going vegan) and unintentionally lost 10 pounds. I remember being my healthiest at 135 in high school when I was actively exercising. I'm trying now to focus on my eating habits and add in running to lose the 40 pounds I gained in college. I'm shooting to get to 125 as that is my ideal weight. I don't want to be skinny ( i love my curves!), just healthy looking. I want to change my lifestyle because I know my job is sedentary and won't do my health any good, even though I love my work. I'm also planning on getting married in a year and want to look my best. I'm feeling motivated not only for my looks but for my health and being the best version of myself physically.
