What’s everyone’s go to for breakfast and dinner. Lunch I usually make a sandwich or a salad w grilled chicken. Need some more healthy ideas for the other two meals.
also I have a 6 year old and a 35 year old (fiancé the bigger child) so need some recipes that they’d like too. 🤗

I make batches of steel cut oats with flaxseed, chia seed, baked apple, cinnamon, and vanilla almond milk for breakfasts. Lunch is a salad. Dinners vary, usually base it around what vegetables go bad next and protein. Tomorrow's cauliflower lentil tacos with chipotle cream. Couple nights ago I made skinnytaste's Sweet N' Spicy salmon from her cookbook though her soy-maple salmon on her website is also really good, then had balsamic brussel sprouts with it.1
