I'm 246.5 lbs. I started at 263 doing WW. I hate it cause I really dont know what I'm doing or eating cause the app shows me Zero nutrition information for whole days worth of eating. going to just start calorie counting! I also started C25K. Hoping to be 200 by September 2020

    Congrats. Losing 16.5 pounds is some great progress even if you didn't care for the method. Luckily method is interchangeable as long as it produces a calorie deficit.

    Calorie counting is 100% the way forward. Google TDEE Calculator, get a cheap fitness watch that estimates your calories, do exercise 2/3 times a week and stay under your calorie goal and you’ll get there in no time.

    Allow yourself a saturday night cheat meal but try and log everything you eat. It helps you understand where you are going wrong and makes you think twice before you eat, adding abit of discipline to the way you eat. Goodluck.
