okay so yesterday i did 1000 situps, and today my abs hurt so much that i actually feel sick.
is there anything i can do to reduce the pain?

    That will work, or you could get someone to kick you in the knee. Make you forget about your abs then, and maybe your pinky to if you did that as well.
  • I enjoy an anti-inflamatory/ pain reduction medication like ibuprofin when I'm in muscle pain.
