Rewards?

Do any of you do anything to reward yourself for all of your hard work?
My mom made a joke about a sticker chart to keep track of my workouts, but then I though, "I should do that!"
For every 30 minutes of exercise and every day I stay under my 1200 calories I give myself a sticker. Every 15 stickers I will let myself have a little treat. (A white mocha, or a candy bar-Something I love but can't have anymore.)
It sounds cheesy, Im 19 and using a sticker chart, but it's a cute way to keep track, and it keeps me motivated!

    I love stickers, always have, always will! Gonna start myself a sticker progress chart! Also gonna use it for rewards but I do better not to reward myself with food but small fun items. New nail polishes, bath oils, if I get extra stickers maybe even a Mani or a Pedi! :wink: Sometimes I've done a new swimsuit (I spend a lot of time in the water working out) or workout clothes so often times it's things I benefit from in my future workouts, nothing like fun workout clothes to be super motivated and feel pretty! :love:

    Hey now it better still be in effect! If not you can have us all call your Dad and tell him he's gotta get you one after all the hard work! :wink: :tongue: :drinker:
