Just joined and need support in these crazy times!

Food is very tempting at this time since Im not working! Running out of things to do but started a few days ago and am exercising twice a day, just the crosswalk (treadmill and nothing extreme, )just enough to hopefully make a difference and get me off the sofa. Need to drop about 25 pounds and this may just be the way to do it!

    Good for you Loraa! I find myself more active than usual during these times. My preferred workout right now is resistance training, using bands and weights.

    Oh hell yeah I feel you. Food is very tempting, and comforting right now during this time! I'm trying to put down the food and use this time where I'm not doing much to reduce my caloric intake. Since I don't have to worry about feeling weak at the gym or feeling weak when going out. Safe at home, trying not to reach for the cupboard. Would love to help support you! :)
