Hi guys! I’m Amber. With the quarantine I’ve focused on getting my life together. Very organized, debt free and now working on me :) I’ve been working out and watching my calorie intake for 7 days now. I intend to keep it up so I may see the final results at the end of this quarantine and use that as motivation to keep pushing harder. I want to do this for my over all health and hopefully restore my confidence. :)
Can’t wait to get any work out of recipe tips !

    Great for you! This app really helps keep yourself accountable and be good about measuring food.

    I’ve been using the app for a while now but am looking to make friends in here to keep me motivated.
