Ok so I was feeling a bit bummed out about this whole journey when I started to go through photos from over the last couple of years. And I was able to suddenly REALLY see changes so I thought I would share my progress so far.....

    i'm sorry to say it but YOU KNOW YOU ARE LOOKING GOOD! and deep down inside you have a new you just waiting in the wings to pop out slowly taking over the old you that you did not like! you feel her don't you....:blushing:

    i think all the "bigger loosers" on here know what i am talking about...and the more you loose the more she comes out :)

    WOW, a 109 lb journey is nothing to sneeze at! I am no where near where you are at but I will be.....I think when you live in your body day in and day out you don't feel what others see! super duper congrats to you! :love:

    You look fabulous! You can clearly see you've lost a whole chin! Way to go!! Stick with it and you'll loose a whole lot more. Well done so far, i've got a way to go to catch you but I'll get there, I have several chins to loose ;)

    That's an amazing change... And you have NO reason to feel "bummed out" about your journey, because you look great on your own, not just in comparison to the "before' pic!

    Wow, you are an inspiration. I was on a roller coaster ride going up and down every week for months, but since I've started MFP, it's been slow but very steady and I'm so much happier. Slow and steady win the race. Thanks for sharing your success and keep on sharing.
