Quarantine motivation

Hey all!
So with this quarantine, I’m trying to use it as motivation to lose the extra 25 pounds I’ve been holding on to for the past 3 years. Looking for some motivated friends to help keep us on track!

Feel free to add me ☺️

    Yasss!
I am right there with you! I have struggled so much the last three and a half weeks not working. I've put back on the 10 pounds that I had lost and need help finding that motivation!

I had to postpone my wedding and haven't been working, so I've been stress eating and haven't been working out at all.

    HELP!
    I'm Paige, what's your name?

    Oh no. I’m Yesenia.

I’ve been the opposite. I work in healthcare so my hours were cut a bit But I’m still working and started doing workouts at home. I’ve lost about 7-8 pounds so far.

Good for you!! I've got to get back on track and stop using this as an excuse for it to be okay.

So great to meet you, Yesenia!
What home workouts have you been doing that you've enjoyed?

I just did a Zumba workout led by a friend on Zoom. Lots of instructors for various workouts are doing these live workouts on Instagram or this on zoom. I suggest doing them they're lots of fun

I know a lot of my friends are doing classes like that. I pay for Beachbody and have countless classes of all different types on there which is really nice!

So glad you're getting up and moving while we are locked in!

I’ve been looking up cardio workouts on YouTube, jump roping, walking, I have a few dumbbells and kettlebells at home so I’ve been coming up with workouts randomly.
