Why are you low carb dieting in the first place? Is it a medical reason?

How fast are you losing in Grams per week for the 21 most recent days (past 3 weeks)

How many calories are you eating on average during the same time period

The brain prefers to run off ketones, not sugar.

It's good to know numbers because they allow you to have an opinion as to what is happening.

A kilo a week means an effective deficit of a bit more than 1000 Cal a day.

If you're eating 4000 Cal and still have a 1000 Cal deficit this would be great, and I wouldn't suspect a too aggressive deficit as a potential cause of your tiredness.

If you're eating 1000 Cal in order to achieve your 1000 Cal deficit my reaction would be quite different.

And I'm sure that there are some in-betweens.

The pyramid's foundation is your caloric balance. The macros (protein, fats, carbs) are important; but far less critical.
