I just started working out 2 weeks ago and started a calorie deficit with intermittent fasting (8:16) about a week ago. I’ll be doing my first weigh in on Wednesday. Would like to see you succeed and would love some support. We got this!

    I've signed up yesterday but have gained and lost several stone over the last 8 years due to having three little ones. Currently at the top end of where I have been, now determined to get back to the bottom again!
