Overall I have 70 lbs to lose.
If I set my calories at 2 lbs a week, I'll lose 14 lbs in 7+ weeks. 1 lb a week, and I'll get there in 14+ weeks.
Use MFP to help calculate your calories, and set a reasonable healthy weight loss goal.

Yeah, I need to lose a stone. Ideally I'd like to lose at least 10 lbs by 10th August as I'd like to fit back into my wedding dress for some first anniversary pics! My body hates letting go of weight though, but I'll give it a go! Starting tracking again from tomorrow.

Started yesterday with day 1 of Original Insanity (I havenβt done this one for years!) and realised how much my fitness level has changed. Oats for bfast, homemade tomato soup for lunch and 2 egg Frittata for tea. Drank a TONNE of water:

I started (again) 11 days ago at 11stone 6lbs.
Ideally would like to get down to at least 10stone 2lbs. Had a good first week and lost 5lb but I know thats normal to start with and dont expect it to continue at that rate
Todays exercise is an online gym class and an hours walk.
