it never affected me. I drink 3 cups a day, but I use sugar free syrup and a splash of sugar free creamer.0

Well, caffeine makes me jittery and nervous but I love a latte, so I ignore it. Some people have a higher/lower tolerance for caffeine but I say that if you like coffee as long as you're not having 6+mugs a day you should be fine (I say that because I can't imagine that much coffee!). Also, it can make calories stack up if you put a lot of sugar/milk in it - my coffees are 25 calories each but when I'm being indulgent, they're 80.0

There are benefits and drawbacks, as with anything.
Coffee, for me, is SO worth any negative effects. I adore it. Mmm...off to make another cup of turkish+cardamom now.0 -
NO!! Unless your taking meds that it may react badly with. No your tolerence of it. I drink 3-4 cups of reg green tea a day. Coffee is fine it jsut depends on what your putting in it0

I only have one or two cups a day.. I say it's fine!0

I would monitor it to see if it's jacking up your blood pressure - it was mine.0

Coffee is very acidic, which isn't very good for you. Mixed in with a healthy diet and life style I shouldn't imagine it'd be too bad! Especially if you drink lots of water along with it - caffeine is very dehydrating!
My rule is, if you feel like you 'need' coffee to wake you up in the morning you should come off of it. If you can't attempt anything without your morning dose of caffeine then that's bad! As long as it's just a treat and not something you depend on, then I'd say it's fine.0 -
I love my coffee. I drink 3/4 a pot most mornings. But I do use half regular and half decaf beans, and make it weak. And I drink it black. I'm sure it's not the best thing for me, but long ago I replaced my morning soda habit with coffee, so it's got to be better than that!
If I drink a lot of full caffeine coffee I do get jittery. So even if I'm on the road and stop at a gas station for coffee, I try to mix it with half decaf. I tried going to full decaf, but then I could really tell the difference, so I went back to half and half.0 -
It is bad for you if I don't get my coffee!!! LOL!0
