Can someone guide me if I can take L Carnitine and Creatine monohydrate together as pre workout along with 50-60 gm carb during fat loss muscle gain program

Won’t make any difference mind
Just take your creatine once a day, doesn’t matter what time

That's not how creatine works, it's not going to do anything for fat loss and doesn't need to be timed around exercise.
If you do respond to it (not everyone does) then you may see a water weight gain in weight.

You could look up L-Carnitine there as well.

Carbs before workout is personal preference, personally I have a high carb diet so I've got loads of carbs onboard already.1
