My thoughts exactly. Iam home, cant go no where, can't visit no one. I thought the one thing "I CAN" do and have control of during this awful time, is get back on program and get a good jumpstart on losing this fat. (and theres alot of fat).Once and for all!! Please feel free to message me, if you would like someone "who's ready to do this" for encouragement and visa versa.šŸ˜Š

    Yes! Exactly!
My biggest downfall is eating out.
    I began self-quarantine on
    Feb 29 @ 160lb. BMI: 24.0
    Today: 157.6. BMI: 23.6

    The good news:
Iā€™m can eat a lot more calories daily than before (also walking farther/longer/hillier) & have much more accurate calorie counts since at restaurants often I was doing my best guess.

    Other great news...blood pressure
    114/76 p 60 previously on Mar 1
    106/64 p 68 recently.

    Good luck!

    Should have mentioned:

    Female, 30
    Height: 5ā€™ 4ā€
    Starting weight: 140 lbs
    Goal weight: 120 lbs
    Began: March 30, 2020

Method: keto (as best I can, sometimes go over on carbs in veggies) and 1200 calories a day.
    Water goal: 64 oz/day
Exercise circuit 3x a week and 40 minute dog walk everyday
